Laura
 Master Iridologist, Certified Health Specialists, Certified Natural Health Professional, Certified in Zyto Biofeedback, Reflexology. Iridology is the study of the eye & known as “the windows to the soul”. Everything about your eye tells a unique story all about you. Characteristics in your eye such as color, openings in the fibers, and markings are all indicators of health. Just as other modalities use reflex points the same is true with the eye. Zyto Biofeedback is a program that measures galvanic skin response. This tool paired with Iridology helps determine if a vitamin, mineral, homeopathic remedy, herb, or essential oil is needed to bring balance back to the body.

Holly 
Holly is one of Pathways’ Licensed Massage therapists. Holly graduated from Allied Medical and Technical Institute in 2005 and has been doing massage for the last 17 years. Holly is certified in deep tissue, Swedish, and prenatal massage and she has furthered her training in trigger point therapy, cupping and medical massage . Holly also offers medical massage for oncology, rotator cuff injuries, fibromyalgia and Sciatic pain.

With all of her knowledge and experience, she walks into every massage session with the intention to help you relax, relieve stress, and alleviate acute pain or chronic pain.

Jillian 
Jillian is a Licensed Beauty Specialist and Nail Technician. After 19 years practicing dental hygiene and helping patients with their dental health, Jillian realized her true passion was helping people feel as good on the outside as they do on the inside. This led Jillian to continue her education and receive a diploma/ license as a nail technician from the Beauty Institute in Stroudsburg, PA. She focuses on the health and beauty of your nails while using products without harsh chemicals that allow long lasting beautiful and trouble free finishes. These products offer vital vitamins to aid in more durable and healthier nails and protect from any damage. They are vegan friendly and cruelty free. The beauty industry is booming because of its many benefits for your overall physical and mental health. Patty has been part of the Pathways team since the beginning and her mission is to empower people to move towards their goals and dreams by showing them how to leverage their unique interests and abilities while fostering more calm, creativity, confidence, connection and compassion in their lives. 
Patty loves working with teens and creating tools for tired teachers.  She is a trauma-informed SEL consultant, AromaFreedom Technique Practitioner, mindfulness teacher, and Teen Empowerment Coach.

Linda McConnell began her healing journey by exploring courses on a variety of modalities. Scott
Acupuncture is now available at Pathways with Scott Wilson of ComeAlive Acupuncture!
Scott studied biology at the University of Scranton and Physical Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. After being in the physical therapy realm for many years, Scott was called to acupuncture school. Scott graduated from Acupuncture studies at Tri -state College of Acupuncture in New York City in 2012.

Nathaniel
Shiatsu-shi, Herbalist Nathaniel Whitmore, originally from Damascus, PA, maintains an herbal education center in Glen Spey, NY and practices shiatsu (acupressure) and herbalism at Worker Bee Community Acupuncture and in New York City. He was introduced to far eastern medicine through macrobiotics and herbs through his first mentor, Taterbug Tyler. He studied shiatsu at the Kushi Institute, at Endless Mountains School of Shiatsu, and with Kazumasa Kitazawa. He has studied herbology through several schools, intensives, apprenticeships, the American Herbalists Guild, and private studies. Nathaniel is known as one of the regions experts on the identification, harvest, and used of wild plants and mushrooms. He regularly teaches about wild edible plants, medicinal herbs, edible and medicinal mushrooms, herbal medicine-making, and the theory of herbalism. He teaches for ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism in Manhattan, for Brooklyn Botanic Garden, at many herb shops and nature centers, and at Worker Bee Community Acupuncture. Nathaniel’s practice is based on shiatsu treatment and herbal consultation, all rooted in the traditional assessment techniques of traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine. Typical shiatsu treatments are one hour and detailed herbal consultations are at least one hour, with full intake and complete herbal recommendations.

Nora 
A vision and a dream need to begin within the heart before it can be manifested upon the Earth. Pathways to Inner Healing became that vision manifested for me after closing Sacred Spaces Healing Center in 2007. Both centers had the mission of assisting people to go deeply within to connect with the highest potential that lies within them. The journey into body, mind, and spirit is the return to that potential. Nora has watched in almost the 50 years of the evolution of healing expand to many dimensions. Beginning with Reflexology to Unity Field Healing with many different modalities in between has been a very heart centered journey for herself and for many others. Nora became a teacher of many of the modalities that she has taken: Usui Reiki Master/Instructor, Karuna Reiki Master/Instructor, Angel Healing ®, Magnified Healing ®, Integrated Energy Therapy ®. Meditation, and creator of many workshops and classes. Nora today plays in the 5th dimensional energies of the return to LOVE and LIGHT. From the clearing and releasing of old programs and belief patterns to the spiritual multidimensional DNA that is a result of the return to your Self and to Your HEART.
